Taro Pumps are the largest manufacturer of water pumps and electrical motors in India. They started working with the guys at Side by Side to completely redesign their business image. With the name change and a new brand, shop interiors were designed and rolled out to 1200 locations in India (it’s a big one!).

Digitally, the business has been transformed. A new website has gone live which has massively reduced the amount of customer service calls, by giving more information up front and creating a pump selector tool, we’ve given buyers a platform for them to self serve and to be better informed before purchasing their pump from a dealer.

The biggest transformation to the business has been in the development of a hub, which is used by customer services, sales team, warehouse operatives and dealers to run the stock and sales process.

Side by Side approached Nimble to pull a team together to complete the development of the web and the hub, and I came in to support on a wide range of things to get the site live; wireframing, UI design, iconography, web design, front end development, testing, content population & CMS training were a few things!
